توضّح سياسة ملفات الارتباط هذه كيفية استخدام Dawly ("Dawly" أو "نحن" أو "لنا" أو "الخاصة بنا") لملفات الارتباط (Cookies) والتقنيات المشابهة على موقعنا الإلكتروني dawly.com وبوابة العملاء الخاصة بنا (يُشار إليهما معًا باسم "الموقع"). تساعد Dawly المؤسسين غير المقيمين على تأسيس شركات ذات مسؤولية محدودة (LLC) في الولايات المتحدة والحفاظ على الامتثال. ونحرص على إبقاء استخدامنا لملفات الارتباط في حدوده الدنيا ومقتصرًا في معظمه على ما يلزم لعمل الموقع.

كما نستخدم، أو قد نستخدم، تقنيات تعمل بطريقة مشابهة:

• التخزين المحلي وتخزين الجلسة (Local storage / Session storage) · مساحة في متصفحك يمكن للموقع أن يحفظ فيها أجزاء صغيرة من المعلومات (مثل تفضيل اللغة لديك أو رمز تسجيل الدخول) على جهازك نفسه.
• معرّفات الجلسة ورموز الأمان · تُستخدم لإبقائك مسجَّل الدخول ولحماية حسابك.

في هذه السياسة، عندما نقول "ملفات الارتباط"، فإننا نعني عمومًا ملفات الارتباط وهذه التقنيات المشابهة، ما لم نذكر خلاف ذلك.

يمكن أن تكون ملفات الارتباط:

• من الطرف الأول (First-party) · تضعها Dawly مباشرةً؛ أو

2. فئات ملفات الارتباط التي نستخدمها

نصنّف ملفات الارتباط في فئتين: ضرورية للغاية وتحليلية / وظيفية. واستخدامنا اليوم مقتصر في معظمه على فئة الملفات الضرورية للغاية.

2.1 ملفات الارتباط الضرورية للغاية (مفعّلة دائمًا)

هذه الملفات مطلوبة لكي يعمل الموقع وبوابة العملاء وللحفاظ على أمان حسابك. وبدونها لن تعمل الميزات الأساسية مثل تسجيل الدخول. ولأنها أساسية، فهي لا تتطلب موافقتك، ولا يمكن إيقافها من خلال شريط الموافقة. وهي تشمل:

• ملفات ارتباط تسجيل الدخول / الجلسة · لتسجيل دخولك إلى بوابة العملاء وإبقائك مسجَّل الدخول أثناء تنقّلك بين الصفحات.
• ملفات ارتباط الأمان · لحماية حسابك، والمساعدة في منع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، ودعم ميزات مثل الحماية من هجمات تزوير الطلبات عبر المواقع (CSRF).
• تفضيل اللغة / العرض · لتذكّر اللغة التي اخترتها، وعند الاقتضاء، تخطيط الكتابة من اليمين إلى اليسار (RTL) (على سبيل المثال، للغة العربية) بحيث يُعرض الموقع لك بشكل صحيح.
• موازنة التحميل الأساسية / الموثوقية · للمساعدة في تشغيل الموقع بسلاسة وتوجيه طلباتك بشكل صحيح.

2.2 ملفات الارتباط التحليلية / الوظيفية

هذه الملفات ليست أساسية لتشغيل الموقع، لكنها قد تساعدنا في فهم كيفية استخدام الموقع أو تذكّر التفضيلات غير الأساسية.

في الوقت الحاضر، تسعى Dawly إلى استخدام الحد الأدنى من ملفات الارتباط، ومعظمها أساسي، ولا تستخدم ملفات ارتباط إعلانية من أطراف ثالثة أو ملفات ارتباط للتتبّع عبر المواقع.

• نستخدم أداة تحليلات خاصة بنا تحترم الخصوصية ونستضيفها بأنفسنا، لفهم كيفية استخدام الموقع بشكل إجمالي (مثل الصفحات التي تُعرض ومدى التقدم في نموذج الطلب). لا تستخدم هذه الأداة ملفات ارتباط، ولا تتتبعك عبر المواقع، ولا تُنشئ بصمة لجهازك؛ بل تعتمد على معرّف زيارة عشوائي مؤقت يُخزَّن في جلسة المتصفح (sessionStorage) ويُحذف عند إغلاقها، وتُرسَل الأحداث إلى خوادمنا نحن فقط · دون أي طرف ثالث. وتسجّل خوادمنا مع بيانات الزيارة عنوان IP الخاص بك، ونستخدمه لتقدير البلد على مستوى إجمالي ولحماية الموقع من إساءة الاستخدام، كما قد نربط زيارتك بطلبك إذا بدأت طلب تأسيس خلالها · ولا يُستخدم أي من ذلك للإعلانات. وإذا أضفنا لاحقًا أداة تحليلات تستخدم ملفات ارتباط غير أساسية، فسنحدّث هذه السياسة وسنطلب موافقتك حيثما يقتضي القانون ذلك.
• قد نستخدم ملفات ارتباط لتذكّر تفضيلات اختيارية تجعل الموقع أكثر ملاءمة لك. وسنحدّث هذا القسم إذا فعلنا ذلك.

3. فحص الموقع الجغرافي المستند إلى عنوان IP (أهلية البلد)

لا تستطيع Dawly خدمة المقيمين في بعض البلدان الخاضعة لعقوبات أو قيود أمريكية. ولمساعدتك في معرفة ما إذا كانت خدمتنا متاحة في بلدك، يُجري الموقع فحصًا للموقع الجغرافي استنادًا إلى عنوان IP عند زيارتك.

ما ينطوي عليه ذلك، بعبارات بسيطة:

• عندما يتصل متصفحك بالموقع، يكون عنوان IP الخاص بجهازك مرئيًا لخوادمنا وللخدمة الخارجية التي تُجري عملية البحث (وهذا جزء طبيعي من طريقة عمل الإنترنت).
• نستخدم نحن (أو مزوّد خارجي لخدمات الموقع الجغرافي) عنوان IP هذا لتقدير البلد الذي تتصل منه.
• نستخدم ذلك البلد المقدَّر لعرض معلومات الأهلية · على سبيل المثال، للإشارة إلى أننا قد لا نتمكن من خدمة المقيمين في بلد مقيَّد.

يُرجى ملاحظة ما يلي:

• يتعلق هذا الفحص بـالموقع التقريبي على مستوى البلد، وليس بموقعك الدقيق.
• الموقع المستند إلى عنوان IP هو تقدير وليس دقيقًا دائمًا. وهو لا يحل محل فحوصات الأهلية والهوية التي تجري لاحقًا في عملية التأسيس (بما في ذلك التحقق من الهوية عبر مزوّدنا Didit).

4. خدمات الأطراف الثالثة التي قد تضع ملفات ارتباط

قد يضع بعض المزوّدين الذين نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل الموقع ملفات ارتباط خاصة بهم أو يستخدمون تقنيات مشابهة، وذلك وفقًا لسياسات الخصوصية وملفات الارتباط الخاصة بهم. وقد يشمل هؤلاء:

• مزوّدي الاستضافة / البنية التحتية (على سبيل المثال، Netlify) · لتقديم الموقع وتأمينه.
• خطوط الويب (Google Fonts) · لتحميل خطوط الموقع؛ يتلقى المزوّد عنوان IP عند جلب الخط، ولا تُوضع أي ملفات ارتباط.
• مزوّد التحقق من الهوية (Didit) · يُستخدم أثناء عملية التأسيس للتحقق من جواز سفرك أو هويتك الحكومية. وقد ينطوي ذلك على ملفات ارتباط في شاشات التحقق.
• معالج المدفوعات الخارجي · يُستخدم لتحصيل رسوم خدمات Dawly الخاصة. وقد تضع صفحات الدفع ملفات ارتباط لازمة لمعالجة دفعتك بأمان وللمساعدة في منع الاحتيال.

نحن لا نتحكم في ملفات الارتباط التي تضعها هذه الأطراف الثالثة. ونشجعك على مراجعة سياساتها للاطلاع على التفاصيل.

5. مدة بقاء ملفات الارتباط

تعتمد مدة بقاء ملف الارتباط على الغرض منه:

• ملفات ارتباط الجلسة (مثل ملفات ارتباط تسجيل الدخول/الجلسة) تُحذف عادةً عند إغلاق متصفحك أو بعد فترة من عدم النشاط.
• ملفات الارتباط الدائمة (مثل تفضيل اللغة المحفوظ) تبقى على جهازك إلى أن تنتهي صلاحيتها أو تحذفها.

6. كيف يمكنك التحكم في ملفات الارتباط

أنت المتحكم في ملفات الارتباط على جهازك. ويمكنك:

• ضبط إعدادات متصفحك لحظر ملفات الارتباط أو حذفها، أو لتنبيهك قبل تخزين ملف ارتباط. تتيح لك معظم المتصفحات (Chrome وSafari وFirefox وEdge وغيرها) القيام بذلك من إعداداتها أو من قائمة "الخصوصية"، ولدى معظمها قسم "مساعدة" يشرح كيفية القيام بذلك.
• مسح ملفات الارتباط والتخزين المحلي المخزَّنة بالفعل، في أي وقت.

أثر تعطيل ملفات الارتباط: لأننا نعتمد بشكل رئيسي على ملفات الارتباط الضرورية للغاية، فإن حظرها أو حذفها قد يعطّل ميزات أساسية في الموقع · على سبيل المثال، قد لا تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول إلى بوابة العملاء أو البقاء مسجَّل الدخول فيها، وقد لا يُتذكَّر تفضيل اللغة/التخطيط من اليمين إلى اليسار (RTL) لديك، وقد لا تعمل بعض الصفحات كما هو مقصود. أما فحص البلد المستند إلى عنوان IP الموضّح في القسم 3 فلا يعتمد على ملفات الارتباط وسيظل يحدث.

وحيثما نستخدم ملفات ارتباط تحليلية أو وظيفية غير أساسية، سيكون بإمكانك رفض الموافقة أو سحبها (على سبيل المثال، من خلال شريط ملفات الارتباط أو رابط الإعدادات) دون أن تفقد الوصول إلى الميزات الأساسية.

This Cookie Policy explains how Dawly ("Dawly," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website dawly.com and our client portal (together, the "Site"). Dawly helps non-resident founders form U.S. LLCs and stay compliant. We try to keep our use of cookies minimal and mostly limited to what is needed to make the Site work.

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data more generally.

Note: Dawly is not a law firm and not a tax advisor. Nothing on our Site, including this policy, is legal or tax advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created. Please consult your own qualified professionals for advice on your situation.

1. What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit. They let the site remember things between pages and visits — for example, that you are logged in.

We also use, or may use, technologies that work in a similar way:

• Local storage and session storage — space in your browser where the Site can save small pieces of information (such as your language preference or a login token) on your own device.
• Session identifiers and security tokens — used to keep you signed in and to protect your account.

In this policy, when we say "cookies," we generally mean cookies and these similar technologies, unless we say otherwise.

Cookies can be:

• First-party — set by Dawly directly; or
• Third-party — set by a service provider we use (for example, our hosting or identity-verification provider).

They can also be:

• Session cookies — deleted when you close your browser; or
• Persistent cookies — stored for a set period or until you delete them.

2. The categories of cookies we use

We group cookies into two categories: strictly necessary and analytics / functional. Today, our use is mostly limited to the strictly necessary category.

2.1 Strictly necessary cookies (always on)

These are required for the Site and client portal to function and to keep your account secure. Without them, core features such as logging in will not work. Because they are essential, they do not require your consent, and they cannot be switched off through a consent banner. They include:

• Login / session cookies — to sign you in to the client portal and keep you signed in as you move between pages.
• Security cookies — to protect your account, help prevent fraud and abuse, and support features such as protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
• Language / display preference — to remember your chosen language and, where relevant, right-to-left (RTL) layout (for example, for Arabic) so the Site displays correctly for you.
• Basic load-balancing / reliability — to help the Site run smoothly and route your requests correctly.

2.2 Analytics / functional cookies

These are not essential to operate the Site, but can help us understand how the Site is used or remember non-essential preferences.

At present, Dawly aims to use minimal, mostly-essential cookies, and does not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• We use our own privacy-respecting, self-hosted analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used (for example, which pages are viewed and how far visitors get in the order form). It sets no cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not fingerprint your device; it relies on a temporary random visit ID kept in your browser's sessionStorage (deleted when the browser tab closes), and events are sent only to our own servers — no third parties. Our servers do record your IP address with the visit data; we use it to estimate country-level location in aggregate and to protect the Site from abuse, and we may link a visit to your application if you begin one during it. None of this is used for advertising. If we later add an analytics tool that uses non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
• We may use cookies to remember optional preferences that make the Site more convenient. We will update this section if we do.

3. The IP-based geolocation check (country eligibility)

Dawly cannot serve residents of certain U.S.-sanctioned or restricted countries. To help show you whether our service is available in your country, the Site performs an IP-based geolocation check when you visit.

What this involves, in plain terms:

• When your browser connects to the Site, your device's IP address is visible to our servers and to the third-party service that performs the lookup (this is a normal part of how the internet works).
• We (or a third-party geolocation provider) use that IP address to estimate the country you are connecting from.
• We use that estimated country to display eligibility information — for example, to indicate that we may not be able to serve residents of a restricted country.

Please note:

• This check is about approximate country-level location, not your precise location.
• IP-based location is an estimate and is not always accurate. It does not replace the eligibility and identity checks that happen later in the formation process (including identity verification through our provider, Didit).
• This check is closely tied to a strictly necessary function (screening for eligibility and legal compliance). It is not used for advertising.

4. Third-party services that may set cookies

Some providers we rely on to run the Site may set their own cookies or use similar technologies, subject to their own privacy and cookie policies. These may include:

• Hosting / infrastructure providers (for example, Netlify) — for delivering and securing the Site.
• Web fonts (Google Fonts) — to load the Site's fonts; the provider receives your IP address when a font is fetched. No cookies are set.
• Identity-verification provider (Didit) — used during the formation process to verify your passport or government ID. This may involve cookies on the verification screens.
• Third-party payment processor — used to collect Dawly's own service fees. Payment pages may set cookies needed to process your payment securely and to help prevent fraud.

We do not control the cookies set by these third parties. We encourage you to review their policies for details.

5. How long cookies last

The lifespan of a cookie depends on its purpose:

• Session cookies (such as login/session cookies) are typically deleted when you close your browser or after a period of inactivity.
• Persistent cookies (such as a saved language preference) remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

6. How you can control cookies

You are in control of cookies on your device. You can:

• Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies, or to warn you before a cookie is stored. Most browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, and others) let you do this from their settings or "privacy" menu, and most have a "help" section explaining how.
• Clear cookies and local storage that are already stored, at any time.
• Use private / incognito mode, which usually clears cookies when you close the window.

Effect of disabling cookies: because we rely mainly on strictly necessary cookies, blocking or deleting them may break core features of the Site — for example, you may not be able to log in to or stay signed in to the client portal, your language/RTL preference may not be remembered, and some pages may not work as intended. The IP-based country check described in Section 3 does not depend on cookies and will still occur.

Where we use non-essential analytics or functional cookies, you will be able to decline or withdraw consent (for example, through a cookie banner or settings link) without losing access to essential features.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we add analytics, change providers, or to reflect legal or technical changes. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
