What you can ask

Anything about U.S. companies. What comes up most:

  • The process itself: state, entity type, the EIN — what actually matters and what does not.
  • A company you already own: what is owed each year, what you have let slip, and how to fix it.
  • Banks and payment gateways: why applications get declined and what changes the outcome.
  • Non-resident tax and filings: what you owe, when, and what simply does not apply to you.
  • One decision you are stuck on: bring it, and leave with a clear next step.

What this call isn't

  • It is not a step toward buying. Nothing is credited against a package, and it buys you no priority.
  • Nothing is sold on the call. If the right answer is that you shouldn't form a company, I'll say so.
  • It is not licensed legal or accounting advice, and it does not replace a lawyer or a CPA where you need one.

Paid in full before the time is held. Nothing is booked until payment is complete.
Rescheduling
Free, once, up to 24 hours before the call — from the link emailed to you.
Refunds
The fee is not refundable, and a missed call is not refunded: the hour was reserved for you and can no longer be resold.
If I cancel
You are refunded in full, without having to ask.
