Coverage, renewals and refunds
The discount applies only to formation with banking and payments. A website, other add-ons, annual filings and registered-agent renewals are separate purchases.
The $399 company formation fee is non-refundable unless Dawly makes an error in your formation service or fails to deliver the agreed company documents.
In either case, we refund the full $399 without deducting government or third-party costs included in that fee.
The $399 formation fee remains separate within a combined order with Banking and Payments.
Banking and Payments are separate services with their own applicable refund terms. A bank or payment provider declining an application does not make the formation fee refundable.

The formation package starting from $399 includes a Wyoming LLC, your company’s federal tax ID (EIN), and its initial registered-agent appointment. Banking assistance, payment-processing setup, an ITIN, a separate business address, and ongoing filing services are optional.
Can I add banking or payment support later?
Yes. Choose available services with your first order, or add them from your company workspace later. You review the scope and price of each service before paying.
When does my full workspace open?
When your core company formation, EIN, and registered-agent details have been delivered. Optional banking and payment work continues independently, so it does not delay access to your company workspace.
What happens after I place my order?
Your workspace shows the current stage, what Dawly is working on, and anything we need from you. You can provide requested information and documents, follow updates, and ask your team questions in the same place.
Are Banking and Payments fees refundable?
These fees are non-refundable once work begins, unless your accepted terms say otherwise or Dawly fails to deliver the core service solely through its own fault. Provider approval and timing are not guaranteed; a provider declining your application does not itself entitle you to a refund. Government and third-party fees already paid remain non-refundable.
Is there an automatic annual package?
The formation package starting from $399 does not create an automatic annual subscription. Registered-agent renewal, annual filings, and tax preparation are separate services. You review the applicable scope and price before ordering. Earlier accepted agreements retain their terms.
Do I need to travel to form my company?
Dawly’s formation process is handled remotely. A bank or payment provider may impose separate residency, address, identification, or operating-presence requirements. Check those requirements before purchasing optional assistance.
Do I need an ITIN as well as an EIN?
They are different services: the EIN identifies your company, while an ITIN is an individual tax identifier. An ITIN is not required for every founder and does not guarantee access to financial products. Your company’s EIN is included in the formation package starting from $399.
Is the $399 formation fee refundable?
The $399 formation fee is non-refundable unless we make a formation mistake or fail to deliver your company documents.
