الخطة التزام لمدة 12 شهرًا بدفعات شهرية تبدأ عند الانضمام. نراجع سجل الشركة ونتفق على تاريخ البدء ودورة الإقرارات والتجديدات المشمولة قبل الاشتراك. لا يحدد تاريخ تأسيس الشركة وحده مدة التغطية، ولا تُحتسب أشهر سابقة لمجرد الانضمام لاحقًا.
تحدد اتفاقيتك المقبولة كيفية التعامل مع طلب الإلغاء خلال الالتزام البالغ 12 شهرًا، والأقساط المتبقية، والعمل المشمول. راجع هذه الشروط قبل الاشتراك.
خطة شهرية مستقلة يمكن إلغاؤها قبل التجديد الشهري التالي. يبدأ العمل من الشهر المتفق عليه. إذا اخترت Dawly+ Care أيضًا، يبقى التزامها المنفصل لمدة 12 شهرًا ساريًا.
رسوم التأسيس بدفعة واحدة ولا تُنشئ اشتراكًا سنويًا تلقائيًا. العنوان المستقل يُدفع سنويًا بالكامل؛ وتحدد اتفاقيته المعتمدة شروط التجديد والإلغاء. تُتفق تغطية أي فترة لاحقة ورسومها وفق شروط المنتج.
رسوم تأسيس الشركة البالغة 399 دولارًا غير قابلة للاسترداد، إلا إذا ارتكبت دَولي خطأً في خدمة التأسيس أو لم تسلّم وثائق الشركة المتفق عليها. في أيٍّ من الحالتين، نردّ مبلغ 399 دولارًا كاملًا دون خصم التكاليف الحكومية أو تكاليف الجهات الخارجية المشمولة فيه.
تبقى رسوم التأسيس البالغة 399 دولارًا منفصلة داخل الطلب الذي يجمع التأسيس والخدمات البنكية والمدفوعات. الخدمات البنكية والمدفوعات خدمات منفصلة، وتسري عليها شروط الاسترداد الخاصة بها. رفض البنك أو مزوّد الدفع للطلب لا يتيح استرداد رسوم التأسيس.
لطلب الإلغاء أو مراجعة تغطيتك، تواصل عبر billing@dawly.com. تبقى سياسة الاسترداد واتفاقيتك المقبولة مرجع المبالغ المدفوعة.
الأقسام التالية محفوظة للعملاء الذين اشتروا هذه الباقة وفق اتفاقياتهم المقبولة. لا تحل قواعد التجديد السنوي هذه محل شروط المنتجات المنفصلة الموضحة أعلاه.

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يعمل اشتراكك السنوي مع Dawly: متى يتجدد، وكيف تلغيه، وماذا يحدث لإقرارك الفيدرالي والتزامات شركتك بعد الإلغاء. تُقرأ هذه السياسة مع شروط الخدمة وسياسة الاسترداد، وتكون الأولوية لسياسة الاسترداد في المسائل المتعلقة باسترداد المبالغ، ولشروط الخدمة في أي تعارض آخر.
ملاحظة سريعة: Dawly (شركة مؤسسة في وايومنغ) تساعد المؤسسين من خارج الولايات المتحدة على تأسيس شركاتهم والحفاظ على امتثالها. Dawly ليست مكتب محاماة وليست مستشارًا ضريبيًا. ولا يُعد أي مما ورد هنا استشارة قانونية أو ضريبية.
التزامات شركتك تسير على ساعتين مختلفتين، وهذا هو أهم ما يجب فهمه في هذه السياسة:

سنة اشتراكك تمتد من ذكرى التأسيس إلى ذكرى التأسيس التالية، وتشمل:

لماذا قبل الاستحقاق؟ تُرسل فاتورة التجديد قبل ذكرى التأسيس بوقت كافٍ، ويستحق سدادها قبل الذكرى بثلاثين يومًا · لأننا نبدأ إعداد تقرير الولاية ونجدّد الوكيل المسجّل قبل الموعد. لذلك يكفي أن تخبرنا في أي وقت قبل تاريخ الاستحقاق المكتوب على فاتورتك، ولا يترتب عليك شيء.
إن وصلنا إشعارك بعد تاريخ الاستحقاق وكنت قد سددت، يسري الإلغاء اعتبارًا من السنة التالية، وتبقى سنتك الجارية مدفوعة ومغطاة بالكامل بما فيها إقرارها الفيدرالي.
لا يوجد استرداد جزئي عن الجزء غير المستخدم من سنة مدفوعة، لأن العمل والتكاليف عن تلك السنة تبدأ من أولها. التفاصيل الكاملة في سياسة الاسترداد.
يمكنك العودة في أي وقت. إن مرّت سنوات دون تقديم، نراجع وضع شركتك ونُسعّر ما يلزم استدراكه بشكل منفصل قبل إعادة إدخالها في الاشتراك السنوي.
إن لم يُسدَّد التجديد في موعده، تُعلَّق الخدمة وقد لا نتمكن من تقديم تقرير الولاية أو الإقرار الفيدرالي في موعده. تبقى أي مواعيد فائتة ونتائجها مسؤوليتك.
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة. أي تعديل جوهري يسري على تجديدك التالي لا على سنتك الجارية، ونُخطرك به قبل تاريخ التجديد.

The plan is a 12-month commitment, paid monthly from enrollment. We review the company’s history and agree on the start date, filing cycle, and renewal events covered before enrollment. The company’s formation date alone does not determine coverage, and joining later does not create charges for past months.
Your accepted agreement sets how a cancellation request during the 12-month term, remaining installments, and covered work are handled. Review these terms before enrollment.
This independent monthly plan can be canceled before the next monthly renewal. Work starts with the agreed first month. If you also choose Dawly+ Care, its separate 12-month commitment still applies.
Formation is a one-time fee and does not create an automatic annual subscription. Dedicated Address is paid annually in full; its accepted agreement sets renewal and cancellation terms. Any later period of coverage and its charges are agreed under the product’s terms.
The $399 company formation fee is non-refundable unless Dawly makes an error in your formation service or fails to deliver the agreed company documents. In either case, we refund the full $399 without deducting government or third-party costs included in that fee.
The $399 formation fee remains separate within a combined order with Banking and Payments. Banking and Payments are separate services with their own applicable refund terms. A bank or payment provider declining an application does not make the formation fee refundable.
To request cancellation or review your coverage, contact billing@dawly.com. The Refund Policy and your accepted agreement govern payments already made.
The sections below are preserved for customers who bought that package under their accepted agreements. These annual-package renewal rules do not replace the separate product terms explained above.

This policy explains how your annual Dawly subscription works: when it renews, how to cancel, and what happens to your federal filing and your company's obligations afterwards. Read it together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. The Refund Policy governs refund matters. The Terms of Service prevail for other conflicts.
Quick note: Dawly (a Wyoming company) helps non-US founders form US companies and keep them compliant. Dawly is not a law firm and not a tax advisor. Nothing here is legal or tax advice.
Your company's obligations run on two different clocks. This is the most important thing to understand in this policy:

That's why the federal filing always lags the year it covers. This policy is built around that fact rather than ignoring it.
Your subscription year runs anniversary to anniversary, and covers:
The starting fee ($1,997 on the Complete package) covers formation plus your entire first compliance year — including your first federal filing, even though it falls due in April, before your first renewal date.
After that, your subscription renews annually: $997 on Complete.
Send your cancellation from the Client Portal, or email billing@dawly.com, before your renewal invoice falls due — the date printed on your invoice.
Why before the due date? Your renewal invoice is issued well ahead of your anniversary and falls due 30 days before it, because we start preparing your state report and renewing your registered agent before the deadline. So telling us any time before the due date on your invoice is enough, and you owe nothing.
If your notice reaches us after that due date and you have already paid, cancellation takes effect from the following year. Your current year stays paid and fully covered, including its federal filing.
There are no partial refunds for the unused portion of a paid year, because the work and costs for that year begin at the start of it. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
You can come back at any time. If years have gone unfiled, we review your company's standing and quote any catch-up work separately before putting it back on the annual subscription.
If a renewal isn't paid on time, service is suspended and we may be unable to file your state report or federal return by their deadlines. Any missed deadlines and their consequences remain your responsibility.
We may update this policy. Any material change applies to your next renewal, not the year you're currently in, and we'll notify you before your renewal date.
